Exercise Is Critical!
Exercise is good for us in so many different ways. It builds immunity, it improves mental health, and it makes us stronger. But exercise doesn’t look the same for everyone. What is easy for some could be quite difficult for someone else, so it’s always important to exercise in a way that’s best for your body and aligns with your doctor’s orders!
