COIS Working From Home Manager of the Week Recognition goes to ANITA!! We will refer to her as Wonderwoman!

It is not easy in the midst of a worldwide pandemic to work from home and co-manage a family with young children participating in a new world of distance learning. She does so with grace, skill, and a humble heart. I extend thanks to her family and wonderful hubby for their support, patience and understanding as Anita still manages to SCORE in meeting all of her duties and obligations as a Community Living Coordinator to our clients, families, family home providers, contractors, medical professionals, and our community connections.

I have been fooled in the past by Anita’s subtle demeanor, but not any more. Anita has a gift of patiently listening while plotting constructive approaches ( with a plan A…B…C) to meeting demands that come with the job. She is always well organized, professional, and thoughtful in her daily approaches in supporting others.
